Game Character quiz #3 (Solution)

So most of you probably won't remember the previous games characters quizzes I did. I made them a very long time ago. I haven't had the time to do another one since. But I finally finished college and now I have plenty of time spare. So I decided to make another one of these.

Obviously the usual rules apply. No sharing answers or giving hints to each other or sharing the giveaway, but you should all know that already.

I attempted to make this puzzle difficult but i'm not sure how well that went. I struggled finding characters because I used all the good ones for my other puzzles.

Let me know if you need any hints for any questions. I would appreciate it if you try to do the puzzle properly and don't use other methods to find the answers. But there's no way for me to actually enforce that. I may reply to some comments with a hint. It may be very vague. If I do it will be put in quotes.
