why not? the amount of +rep is not the only relevant thing. if someone looks only at that number, he's stupid. what also counts is how long he is trading here. he may only have 8 rep, but the important thing is he is doing trades here for 6 months and didn't scam anyone so far. that is worth way more than a guy who got 50 rep in a month (which means, for instance, that paypal scam would still be possible for his first trade). if i sold keys, i would trust him - at least for a few keys.

That's actually kind of impressive. I'd blacklist them, but I don't do any Level 0 giveaways anyways.
