Problem with PayPal

you need to validate your paypal account by adding a credit card or by adding money via debit card etc.

You have to validate the account before they'll let you do so.

Ok, i did it,
All i had to do was to manually transfer my money from my currency to € currency. Then it just passed and i bought the games.
