Not sure. I haven't read it or even heard about it before prior to this. I'm a procrastinator so it might actually be helpful to me.

I listen audio book is nice BUT its very hard to make the hardest thinks first and start doing thinks. Thets why asks. He also talk about do somethink step by step to goal simple but hard

Yeah, I agree, it's hard to achieve that kind of mindset and be a good, productive human being.
If you don't try to apply the advise and tips, it is a wasted purchase.
