What is your favourite open world game?

What is your top 5 favourite open world game? I've asked this in the past but I'm wondering what people think now.

For me:

1) Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

2) Saints Row The Third

3) Assassin's Creed Brotherhood/Assassin's Creed 3 (cannot decide which AC game is better >.<)

4) Batman Arkham City

5) Sleeping Dogs/Watch Dogs (cannot decide >,>)

Just Cause 2 is the best for action. Hands down.

Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind is best for RPG.
