it is completely optional and I heard someone says you should use someone else code before you can get your own code(need confirmation), if this is true and I took off the code, peoples won't be able to buy at $0.99. I used my friend code(the one I posted above, it says "my code" so it won't confuse anyone) to purchase. Unless someone confirm they can use their own code to purchase, I will took off the code I posted above.

I doubt anyone on internet would want to make more than 1 account instead of just use someone else code, but anyway I clearly warn peoples the first time I posted it that it was completely optional and I suggest them to make their own code instead of using code I posted unless they are too lazy, but most of them still cried about it.
