Yep there's a specific category for it ("Add game to list"). It's probably going to take around a week though (just a guess, I never asked to add a game to the list).

There's no mention of this anywhere on HB and above the key creation field it also says it's for "Outland - Special Edition".
Is this just something you assume or have you read that somewhere? ö.ö
Because to be honest I trust HB on this, and I don't think it's something they would make a mistake on, as in that case they'd be advertising something for sale that is not what they are selling, which could lead to actual trouble for them.
But either way, even if it doesn't apply to me, for those who want to gift the special edition (say as a Steam gift) it should still be selectable from the list :)
