Account value when registering - question from my brother (no increase after adding non bundle games

When I registered here, almost all my games are bundled.

Probably that his Steam account hasn't synchronized with the website yet. He can try a bit later and it should work (unless he can manually synchronize but I'm not really sure, can he access this page ?)

RU stands for "region-locked to Russia (and included countries). It has no effect on whether a game is bundled or not. If the game is on the bundle list, it is so for all regions. Check http://www.steamgifts.com/bundle-games to see if the game has been included in the list.

The problem here lies in the way Bethesda handled region locks. For games like Dishonored, Skyrim, Fallout New Vegas, etc - they added separate region-locked AppIDs to the database, basically creating separate "versions" of the games. This makes those versions "invisible" to SteamGifts. When calculating account value, SteamGifts only counts the games that are present in the US Steam Store. Unfortunately, "Dishonored RHCP (RU) GOTY" does not appear in the US Steam Store, so it cannot be seen by SG.

A somewhat related question/suggestion:
There are currently 4613 games that are considered to be bundled.
My brother has played 2515 hours on just a few games.
His account value is too low to be able to register on this website, because of the bundled games not counting.
With so many games being bundled, it's getting harder and harder to actually reach 100 dollar on non bundled games.
Maybe it's time to change the rule that bundled games don't count for registration, or maybe count then for 15%, just like at give aways .
Or is there also another way for him to register here?
