Slovakia is different. Plus here you have to pay a fee (Like everywhere) and people rarely have credit cards. Also (most) people are fucking paranoid of having their credit card information stolen. So yeah. Try buying shit online. Also

In the US you can get one if you're under 18 but you need a parent's consent and many parents don't like the idea of giving minors bank accounts and esp. not credit cards (mine didnt at least)

You don NOT need a credit card to use Paypal. You can transfer money to your PP account through post office. I do that all the time. They just prefer you to use credit card. Doesn't mean there are no other ways to transfer your money to your PP account. Although if you do it you have to do it carefully because one slip of a letter and money won't get there and you'll have to wait one month for a refund from the post office. It's possible though to use Paypal without having credit card or even bank account.

whats the matter with the CC?you can ask your father or mother give your her/his CC,or make new one in which only you can charge in (again ofc its registered on the name of the parent,just its that only you use it),in my case I'm 15 years old and CC which primarily only I use is registered on my parents name,but unfortunately for the CC no one can keep on track who is using it,all my parents need to do is just charge it when its needed(ofc with my money -.-) and then I use the CC for shopping online

Because I am 17 and I can't pay without a PaySafeCard, yet they don't give that payment option. Because talking and blaming, THINK... Not all of us have parents who are willing to go to bank for ANY reason, even for a prepaid debit card. And even older people don't want to involve with such payment ways. I didn't experience it personally, but I read from the Internet that a unlucky guy gave away some physical boxes to an asshole, who then used those boxes to prove his purchase and managed to have the giver's account banned. It may be just a story.

I didn't even bother buying the Alan Wake bundle because so many people were giving it away. Surprise surprise, I won both games.
I mean you know that's all [a LOT of] people will be giving away during a bundle. You're gonna have more points than you know what to do with so it's practically a guaranteed win.
That and what nhom said. Some people just don't have the means to buy bundles, some might not even have the money. Perhaps they're just not interested enough to buy them but would be willing to try them out for free.

Actually, you're lying. I write in Spanish about as well as you write in English. Also, I love linguistics and can usually figure out how to write something in any Romance language, though with simple phrasing. However, I would never translate someone's Spanish into worse Spanish, as you did to English. I just didn't understand why you were doing that. But whatever gave you the idea that we speak only our native language? For myself, I am fluent in two languages and have studied three more well enough to hold a conversation. There are also four other languages I am a bit familiar with to the point where I can (almost) follow a conversation. If I bothered to study, I could easily speak all nine, but writing some of them, like Mandarin, would be a different matter.
In any case, I will admit that most Americans only speak two languages. We are behind the Europeans when it comes to this matter.

No need for paypal with google wallet which is avaiable on HiB to use. It's like paying with your debet/credit card - anyone with a bank account and a card can use it - lol it's that simple.
Problem is that we have 10000 bundle games on SG, which according to sharing licenses from HiB are 1 person (a buyer) only - not that i care but i think it's what OP meant and he's little right.

TL;DR There are people who can not pay the bundle because not everyone has cc\bank account. (and lives in a country where you cant get those virtual\temp. cc.) For example i traded stuff for the 1$ package (i would have been happier if i was able to get sims 3 too, but i wasnt able.. shame that noone drops sims 3 keys even in the forums :< )

It is surprising to learn that even those bundle games, currently available at 6 games for $1, have over 1000 bidders. According to the mechanism of SG, it means that those 1000 bidders do not have those games and would rather try their luck here than spending just one buck to buy it directly.
Things become even more ridiculous when bundle game givers, who actually spend at least $0.16 for each bundle game given away, are constantly humiliated here when they ask why their CV does not add up, considering that a cent is a cent but CV is nothing more than a number.
