I think there might be something wrong. I definitely qualify ... ~120 games on my wishlist and Keroblaster's been there for a very long time, but it's saying my account doesn't meet the requirements.

I'm addition to this, I'm seeing a red bar that says "Custom rule is not well constructed Arguments must be separated by a comma. Unexpected token "number" of value "2017" ("punctuation" expected with value ",") around position 60."

Sorry, used the SGTools custom rule builder and it didn't generate working code. Can you try it again?
