1) You're not supposed to enter in a giveaway for a game you already own, it's stated in the FAQs.
2) You cannot regift a key won here. Once again, read the FAQs.
3) The key isn't used, but if you make a giveaway with that you're likely to be suspended. Once more with feeling, the FAQs.

You shouldnt enter in giveaways for a game you already own, did you read the site rules?
Give the key back to the guy who made the giveaway and tell him to make a re-roll

My friend did the same with alien breed 2, he thought he would get an extra copy activating a game he already had, steam just said he already had this game, so he gave to a friend but now it says its duplicated...
he pretty much lost the game, I think the same thing happened to yours, steam should fix this...

First of all I respect all rules here.But the thing that during the day I enter about 20 and more giveaways and the most giveaways are almost same from some kind weekend/events deals. So naturally I better enter few times to same game giveaways wich i wanted then i dont want. But curiosity is that I win game wich i don't have before and a same day i win same game.Never thought that's possible.
And like my OP says I want make giveaway at SG but don't know is key still working.

Contact the giveaway submitter and tell him you want to reject the gift. He can request a new winner.

Don't enter for games you already own anymore. You are allowed to enter only for games you want activated in your game library.

Regifting is not allowed. If you own the game already, return the gift to the giveaway host, he'll reroll for a new winner.

If you checked the Key in Steam, EVEN IF YOU DONT HAVE IT ALREADY AND CLICK CANCEL the key is tagged as "used" in the Steam Database and lost. Steam really should fix that ludicrous "bug".
