The first thing you should do is probably check the revoked games thread and see if anybody already reported some keys of that game getting revoked.

This is intended as a question to the general public: Why is that thread I linked closed? I thought we have two of those threads now. One for invalidated (unused) keys and one for revoked (used) ones.
Or does shakti take the revoked keys that get reported in thread A and puts them in thread B?

Since I can't find the game in your library and you said you received it, it must have been revoked.
The only question now is Why? since TinyBuild isn't exactly a Shovelware developer.
But they have been bitching about their games being sold on G2A so maybe the creator might have purchased the key from non trustworthy sources.

The best thing to do now would probably be to contact the giveaway creator and inform them the key got revoked so they can investigate what happened.
After that it might take a little while because they possibly wanna contact the site where they got the key from and inquire what happened. Or possibly they'll simply provide you with another key if they happen to have another one.
If not you'll have to contact Support because giveaway feedback gets locked in after a month so you'll need their assistance to change it to Not Received.

Whenever a game gets revoked from your account steam shows a message in a window which you have to confirm (example). Did you get that? Also check on the license page if the game is activated on your account https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/ and check the support page of the game https://help.steampowered.com/de/wizard/HelpWithGame?text=no+time+to+explain.
If it was removed from your acc you should post a message about that in the giveaway you won.
