Do you know any steam games with Romanian language support ?

I'm trying to get some games for my grandfather. He doesn't know english. His PC isn't that great, something that could run with a video card of 512 MB and 2.4 Dual Core CPU.

I'm specifically looking for puzzles games or turn-based strategy (or luck) games. Games that don't requre a fast hand and can be enjoyed in a simple and casual manner. If possible more gameplay-driven than story-driven. If you know any game that isn't any of those that is great! just post it as we'll never know what he likes.
