I decide use the method of FrontiersStore but I don't understand yet, they offer a direct download without Steam key, from Email they send me something named "Sku" with some kind of serial, so... I have to download the launcher/instaler and use that "Sku" code?

How to add at Steam please ?

register, "buy the game", then go here for a steam key:

however, if you already went to the steam store and clicked install, you can't even use that key any longer as you already own the game (and you can't remove it either for some reason).

licence page will vary though:
Elite Dangerous: Arena Complimentary <-- when added via steam store
Elite: Dangerous Arena Thirdparty Retail <-- when added via steam key

The key you generate for Steam will add your games to any Steam library but WILL NOT GRANT ACCESS TO ELITE DANGEROUS/HORIZONS without a registered Frontier account and a copy of the game. For this reason, please do not give your Steam key away to a friend! They won’t be able to play without having already bought the game from Steam or from the Frontier Store.

Does this means we cant play the game unless the key matches the one from frontier store account?
