I mean... there is a lot of things like "Rain sounds, natural forest, wind..."

OR

You can go deeper and "hear videos" like "Japanese anime girl soft talking, breathing and sleeping with you"
I like both of them, but actually I am hearing a lot of nature sounds and heavy rains (and in the early hours these anime girls: P)
It works for you?

No bruh, it's weird
It's weird but I like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Ambient sounds work really well for relaxation for me, but absolutely not for ASMR. Same with the " I'll talk without emotions softly and calmly". Soothing, but not working.
For ASMR crinkle and tapping sounds work the best for me, and pattern or worded repetition. Also they totally stop working if I'm too sleepy :D

I mean, I understand why people dig these things I guess. Like I had this little metal ball as a kid that had a bell or something inside and it made a really pretty sound. I'd listen to that on repeat.

But then there's things like ASMR role play???

Did i am a strange one when i say that i go out in the nature often and there you have the sounds without costs, without the computer fans working and such stuff. And on top you get wind, smells.......

In short:
!!! Go out and see/feel/taste the wonders !!!

Can't really take out my desk to a nearby forest to study, neither my online course or stuff like that. It's not supposed to emulate nature, but to bring it's relaxing sounds to wherever it is possible / needed :)

Weird and nonsensical to me. Even listening to random nature sounds kinda don't work, most likely because I've spent most of my life in the countryside and things like listening to nature feels too... normal. As for ASMR, I absolutely hate it - Not only because it's unpleasant to my ears, but I also think it's kind of dumb and creepy, especially things like "woman whispering in your ears and eating grapes" or whatever the fuck people come up with... just weird.

I've had serious insomnia since I was a kid and tried just about everything - from hypnosis to medication - and it wasn't until I was checking out the Bob Ross channel on Twitch that I learned about ASMR. RIP Bob.

It definitely works for me, and I'm subscribed to a bunch of YT ASMRtists, but Gentle Whispering is my favorite.

I cannot stand soft talking/personal attention type of videos.

But nature sounds and massages (especially head ones) are what works for me
