Im on the same boat but on the other end - ive begun to have issues with my sleep and im currently on a downward spiral with my insomnia. Your post made me remenber things can get better, even if slowly

So far, I've spent most of this year sick and sleeping poorly, but things are slowly getting better and today I have enough free time to put this together.
