he had, but differnt reasons do not add for permaban I think, one or two for hate speech, one for begging, another for fake feedback, another for leaking GAs and so on and on. If you get suspended for the same thing multiple times you get permabanned - like once regifting, 5 day suspension, then do it again, longer suspension, do it yet again? You get perma. but if he gets suspended for different things all the time he can easilly get 1X suspensions wothout getting permabanned ;)
