Dead Space 1-3 vs Mass Effect 1-3? :D

I can't force myself to play through Dead Space 2, because it's so boring. I don't remember the first one being that bad. Haven't played the third one at all. I definitely recommend the Mass Effect series over the Dead Space series.

I'd say Dead Space. Simply because there's not enough space in Mass Effect. There was Mako here and there in ME1, but it has eventually become more of a usual RPG without open world, like KotOR games. Dead Space, however, is about man vs nature, conquering hostile environment etc. So as a game about humans in space, Dead Space wins.

I'd say Dead Space (if you completly ignore the sequels) or Mass Effect (if you play as Renegade FemShep and make Liara your waifu)

too different to compare, I'd suggest you Mass effect trilogy + Dead space 1, you can skip both ds2 and ds3

Go for mass effect franchise, dead space got bundled before.

I like both but i'm not going to lie, Dead space started good, dropped down with the 2nd and went back up a little with the 3rd title.

Despite this, there are plans for a DS4 and idk if mass effect will make any type of return. I played ME 1 & 2 on release, i enjoyed both quite alot.

Also Mass Effect will more than likely provide more gametime than Deadspace, but Deadspace has multiplayer... don't think ME has that yet (i'm not on par with the franchise anymore).

also mass effect got the Gameplay length and Depth in the bag. Dead space is just another shooter with rotating crosshairs and no hud
