...because if you close the ticket after you rerolled or deleted my giveaway, I can't write you back saying "Thanks for doing this" and "Sorry I had to reroll AGAIN, I know you must be busy" or "You are doing a great job".

So yeah, just wanted to say all that.

What about saying "Thanks in advance" when you create your ticket? :P

Thanks for the rerolls - felt like a jerk that one time when you had to reroll 4 times for me.

It's no big deal, don't worry about this ^^
I had to reroll a giveaway like 20-30 times last week because it was a DLC that let people enter even if they don't have the base game. It's all random so you can't blame yourself because you get invalid winners.

The approve/deny button on such tickets automatically closes them. Plus, when a ticket is done, it needs to be closed so it's not in the queue.

a feature that feels bit unecessary although convenient (less spam) - when I "send" the giveaway for example, the commenting is not locked in the said giveaway. By the same logic, if the ticket is "done", it would/could no longer appear ion the queue, without locking.

Admit it, you just don't want to get spams of "Thanks" :D

(and you probably already guessed this is a joke thread, one of the reason I put it in general - Thanks for you hard work)
