I think you made a mistake and made the giveaway only for the regions that can't activate the game possibly?
I searched the first 4 countries on your region list against the game on fanatical and none of them will activate.
Im in Canada and it says it will activate in Canada but I cant enter cause of your region restrictions.

I think you forget you're in a different region, so you're going to get a key relevant to YOUR region, and will be different to the one ozo gets. (I'm guessing in your case, you get a key that only activates in North America).

bought a key on fanatical for giveaway just to realise that it has a strange regions listed so created a giveaway just for countries fanatical shows (there is no such listing in steamdb but i can't figure out which one is this)
