As Agaster guessed, it is Divine Divinity. I highly recommend it if you like old school RPGs, it is very similar to Diablo II and regarding the quality of the game is the first in the saga that led to the Divinity series more known for Divinity: Original Sin (although the gameplay varies from game to game it always retain RPG elements).
