I'm not up-to-date with CPUs, but it looks like A6-3500 is little bit faster, needs less power and has integrated GPU.

FM1 socket cards are better than their equals on AM3 cards.I made a bad choice, I picked an AM3 card instead of an FM1 one 4 years ago.
But Phenom x3 3750 is 2.4 GHz and A6-3500 is 2.1 GHz so Phenom looks faster in this comparision.

But Cache and Clock Speed both are better on Phenom. What does A6 one have better, except less power need and GPU ?

Architecture
There's much more to CPUs than the specs they release. FPUs, ALUs, integer units, pipeline depth, manufacturing process, instruction set, etc. The original Barcelona cores are much weaker than the 32nm Stars cores AMD uses now. Also, the A6-3500 has a turbo core to 2.4 GHz anyways.

This, can't really compare something like this based on Ghz....I mean imagine comparing my Athlon X4 at 3.9ghz to a i5 at 3.4....the i5 will beat it.

How is it not better? it's just a newer socket, the only big difference is that the A6 is an APU with integrated graphics. the Phenom+discrete gpu would outperform the APU...and before you say it, why would anybody even bother getting a discrete gpu to use with an apu, defeats the whole purpose of having an apu
here are some numbers

Erm ok
Let's try some benchmarks
Feel free to lower the A6 score ~5% because of the clock speed
You really shouldn't base your judgement off synthetics. Especially just one synthetic
*Edit: And op asked the question. I'm only comparing cuz of that. And it doesn't matter if one has integrated graphics. You can still compare CPU performance. Hell pretty much all Intel CPUs have integrated graphics now.

Only somewhat direct comparison there is. Just lower the score depending on how much the benchmark benefits from clock speed and that extra core.
If you want an exact comparison, there's plenty of reviews out there to look through side by side. I'm still not sure how you can say that a Phenom is better than a Phenom II (because that's what the CPU inside the A6-3500 is)

I think this site may be able to answer all your question

I've done a bit of a research of a AMD Phenom X3 8750 vs AMD A6-3500.
I am using the AMD A6-3500, and apparently, my AMD A6-3500 is greater or equal than the AMD Phenom processor.
Can anyone confirm if this is true or false?
