maybe it is tired of joining random groups and throwing in the towel
i take it some people join groups like some people collect games
i thought when i had over 30 and trimmed a bunch that i had a lot
i do not get it,just like i do not get why people must have several hundred friends
but non the less,i have never had an issue joining groups,maybe you are banned?or blocked for some reason? i am not sure what happens when you get banned from a group as i have never been banned
short of that you could contact Steams lovely support they will help you faster then you can say pull my finger

Also, rejoining a group is nothing different from joining a group the first time: if joining the group is free for all, you can just rejoin. If you need to be invited or approved, you need to be invited or approved again

I know I'm already in 1028 groups, but since a few weeks no matter which group I want to join I get the error "There was an problem trying to join that group. Please try again."
I thought maybe I reached the limit and left from 1 group but I still get the same error. And as far as I know there shouldn't be a group limit on steam. Anyone had the same problem? Any solution?
