Everybody saw that coming, right?

The only thing that prevented me seeking legal counsel for a long list of breach of contracts, interference with business, and anti-trust issues was the fear of losing my family's income. Since that has been taken away I am seeking legal representation

Yes, this is their official website, looks as good as their games

All Digital Homicide games have now been delisted from Steam
Digital Homicide suing Steam users and subpoenaes Valve for their personal details [LOL]

Guy was trying to get18 million dollars from Steam users who wrote bad reviews for his shitty games, that's exactly the reason why Steam removed all their games from Steam.

This guy... This guy is so epic in failing that I just want to see how he fails and laugh straight at his face. (hope he won't sue me for saying this) :D

I actually had to go look and see if that was really on their website or just something you got by googling "Geocities page." And I was reading their website earlier today.

We should actually turn this into a guessing game - DH or Geocities? My guess was Geocities.

I googled '90s skull GIF' - I seem to recall almost everybody had something like that on their geocities page back in the day!

I was amongst the people jokingly speculating they were actually trying to get kicked off Steam so they could sue Valve. But unless they can afford really good lawyers Gaben is actually going to rip them a new hole - and we already established that DH can't even afford Lionel Hutz...

They cant afford it and trying (key word) get money to hire one to help them with case against Jim Sterling, now 100 Steam users and "hopefully" in the near future Valve so after they get annihilated we will never hear about them again.

Kind of reminds me of that other shit company that took on both users and a giant like IBM...
Hmmm... yep, probably will end like SCO..

From this article they linked on their home page:

Now the Romines are considering a third lawsuit, this time against Valve for removing them and publicly stating why. They are seeking a lawyer to represent Digital Homicide.

At least, there's one good thing coming out of this:

"I’m still trying to figure out what I’m going to do from here on out because I really don’t ever want to get online again. It’s terrible."

Hahahahaha!

I love how their GoFundMe campain managed to amass a grand total of 11 donations in the space of 6 months, for the staggering amount of $425. (And they're all anonymous, of course)

15% actually, but that is divided between Valve and the publisher. Also, they have to get at least 1-1 cent from each transaction, this is why the minimum for any items is 3 cents.

valve gets 5% for any transaction on the market and devs get 10%.
tf2, csgo and dota apply 15% since they own them... nice move there, eh?

Slaughtering Grounds alone sits on 200.000 accounts, most just farmed for cards. Poop out dozens of games, and even fractions of a penny become really nice sums.

All these crap games people farm for +1 / cards were certainly never intended to be actually played.

Well, if you put a million free copies of your games out there, and they each have three cards, that's $30,000 just from cards.

I wouldn't exactly call that retirement money, but it's significant.
