+1 for school DLC.
It gives 8 costumes while the idolmaster gives only 4, and all the idolmaster costumes looks the same but with different color, these are cute but that's all it has to offer.
Edit: I think the idolmaster DLC changes the battle themes, not sure, but still school costumes are better IMO.

I guess you can also buy Alisha's additional chapter since it gives more story to the game, the other DLCs are cosmetics or things that can help you through the game and make it easier.
