Get Saints Row now or not?

So I'm seeing Saints Row IV is on 75% at the moment and I was wondering should I get it now or wait till like the Christmas sale? My PC is not very good and I don't know if I will be able to run it (2 years olD laptop) and I probably won't be getting a desktop Build at least until Christmas as I'm in a different country every month or so and taking a desktop PC with me is pretty annoying. Also are the DLC worth it? I'm seeing there are plenty so if I'm gonna get it I might as well as get the Franchise Pack.

I'm sick of all the DLC nowadays is offered. It is cheaper to buy complete/goty so I would wait. I don't know anything about SR4 DLC though if it is worth or not.

Most of the dlc's are just skins and weps not really worth buying imo

Well, I had tons of fun with SR4 - while old city, adding superpowers did breathe new life into old sandbox-formula.

As for DLCs, most are skins/weapons, all that has story is in Season Pass, so just get it.

Oh so there is still more coming out, that's something I didn't know (haven't really followed Saints Row but played The Third and it was fun) maybe I'll wait for this one.

SR4 is a great game. Would be the best, if 2 didn't exist.

If you aren't gonna get a PC until Christmas, you may as well wait until then. It'll no doubt be on sale for 75% off again at one point.

I'd say get it if you have played SR2 or SR3 because that game has lots of references from the old series

Oh, so I've played SR3 haven't finished it but played for a while I should probably play SR2 too. I'll probably get the Ultimate Franchise Pack but maybe on the next sale

Also you can get the franchise pack for 6 keys on steamtrades which is a pretty good deal
