I disagree. Currently, permabans are at the discretion of the Moderators and are handed out after careful consideration, case by case. There is no arbitrary threshold or "line" that must be crossed, giving the Mods free reign to exercise their good judgement. (Some actions "cross the line" immediately, but those need no explanation.) Granted, we are only human, and therefore prone to error, but when the hammer is dropped on someone, it is always clear that it was deserved. The system may not be perfect, but I feel it's the best available option at this point.
