Yes, I was referring to the burning TC. Backpack.tf is not very reliable for unusuals afaik, plus it's very difficult in determining a market price for an item that has no proper market.
In these cases people usually refers to the price they got last time they hit the market; according to a previous owner, "Highest the hat has been sold for in cash is $3,500. Highest in items it's been OFFERED is 100 buds + Burning Armored Authority + Burning Ten Gallon + Community Lugermorph", so I'd say its value ranges from 2k to 3,5k$.

It's because you got a single key for all of the games in the bundle, so you couldn't give them away individually. I don't know why the don't revert the original HIB games to do that though, because even though they were one key, I think they still all count.
