There's nothing to report, marking it not received is enough

Well maybe he'll contact your friend when he will see the not received feedback

Unless there's oil on his profile, it's not worth it.

Call 911 , and send ninja cats to his house.
Also as everyone suggested , if you already tryed to contact him ... just w8 a week and mark as not received .
Also you mentioned that he made another GA for the same game ...
Mby he messd up the codes , or made 2 giveaways for the same game by accident ( happens quite often actually )
But still if there is no response after your atempts to contact him ... just w8 a week and mark as not received

I have the same issue, but worse. I gifted a game to a guy by sending him the gift via e mail, but he didn't check it and I didn't receive my feedback. tried contacting him on Steam but he doesn't accept my friend request.
A private message system would be so nice to have in here

The best thing to do would be to claim back the gift and ask for a reroll if you are still unable to contact him after at least 7 days after the giveaway ended
EDIT: I've just seen that it has been less than 24 hours...some people only check thair mail once a day or less

I don't know if I can reclaim back the gift, since it was automatically sent by Steam to his mail after the payment step.
Anyway, I have the receipt so I can prove I sent it to him in a week or so

Ha, yes, I don't think you can get it back in that case.
But check the winner's profile, if he has already won some giveaways & marked them received, there's probably nothing to worry about.

A gift sent by email directly from cart is still stored in your Steam inventory. So you can find it in your inventory and return it if you think something went wrong. But since your giveaway ended a day ago, just wait a bit longer - the winner has 7 days to reclaim his win.

Right! I just noticed that. I'll wait some time anyway, I just don't want to get a negative feedback due to the guy thinking I did not send him the gift after the giveaway ended.
Thanks for the answers

Hey there, a friend of mine won a game a few days ago. When he tried to activate it, it said that the game already was bound to another account. The giveaway creator is fairly new to the site, but he has already done several GAs, which all seem to have been received (on of these is the same game my friend won). My friend tried to contact him both on Steam and to write a comment here on the giveaway, and the creator has been online several times since then. I think it would make both parts unhappy if the don't get what they have won/get a game marked as not received on the account. I know the creator has one week to give the game, but since he seems to ignore every form of communication, I just wanted to ask, what you guys would do. Is there any better way to get in contact with him?
Have a great Sunday! =)
