The title says it all. I messed up a while ago by trying some random card numbers so that it eventually accepts and lets me buy Humble Bundle... Now I've got money stuck in it. I'm juvenile; I don't have a credit card.

No. I tried so many random credit card numbers that it blocked my account.

Q: Why would you do that?

It was mandatory to complete a purchase on Humble Bundle or some other site. I thought that it could help...

If the payment doesn't go through/has an issue, humble can and will remove/remove/void the keys too.

I haven't connected PayPal to my credit card or to my bank account and I can buy humble bundle when ever I want o.O

Ask your parents for a credit card seeing as you don't have one.

I don't know, maybe I tried to buy Indie Gala or something, I just remember that having the credit card info was mandatory to complete the purchase. :(

My dad freaks out when using his credit card - he's afraid that someone will steal his money. There's no way I could ask him to give any information. And if I wanted to get one myself, well I need to wait a few more years. Any other solution?

Could look into getting a prepaid one/gift credit card, you lose a bit to fees but can generally get them in fairly low/custom amounts.

This. Paypal also has a prepaid card that you can use without having a Paypal account. In case you wanna use paypal you can always create a new account if that old one doesn't have money in it.

Will it grant me access to the old PayPal account that's blocked atm? The problem is I've got some money in there, I want to take it back. I'm not thinking about using a credit or debt card, yet.

Better ask your parents for a evm debit card(evm in order to be future proof). But I think you will also need your bank account number to get your paypal account verified. But debit card is generally a mess(from personal experience) so you can always use your parents credit card(with their permission).

Oh God, so I guess it will be frozen for at least a few years. There's no way I would be able to use my parents' card, they rarely do it by themselves.

The only other way to lift the limitations on a Paypal account is to link a bank account so Paypal can verify it. All depending on where you live, you can goto a store like walmart or some kind of drug store and buy them refillable debit cards for about five dollars.

Granted you will have to load the pay as you go debt card with money so paypal can verify it, you only need about a dollar or two so Paypal can verify. Paypal only takes a few small amounts such as 0.25 - 0.50 cents when verifying.

I know paypal has a student account that a parent could make on their paypal and the kid can get a debit card and your own paypal in which you can add money to. You have to be 13 or older though and not sure if it is just for the US or other countries. I got my son one and we live in the US. He uses it for steam and etc.
