World Of Warcraft, you need pay all months and then you can try win something.

Any garbage that operates with real time and suggest you pay to make the game go faster.

Battle of the Immortals - 6months leveling and then you need around 50-60 grands for best gear, pet, gems and buffs.
Tales of Pirates - around 50grands during an event to get best gear and use it on low lvl char with maxed gems.
At least this were the prices 3 years ago..dunno now.

Anyone saying Hearthstone is pay2win is either an idiot or just bad at the game. I never spent a single cent on the game, i only play it from time to time yet i still made plenty of gold, have 3 competitive decks and a few legendaries. Just look up arena tier lists, draft decent decks and you will never have a problem, hell you don't even need to buy actual packs with gold, i only ever bought like 4 packs(one i bought for the lulz and pulled a golden ragnaros out of it) all the rest i got from doing arena runs. If you want to get into the Ranked "scene" then simply look up Trump or Amaz on twich/youtube and learn how to make and play different decks, they've both made(and are still making) f2p runs all the way to legend with various decks.
As for paying to win just look at any asian F2P that sells gear in the $$$ store and restricts enchanting(or insert whatever other term they use for it) of gear with store bought crap. Worst case i can think of was that shitty WoW clone Allods that, if i remember right, not only sold gear but required real money to repair high level gear.

like 90% of every F2P games these days, that's why people don't play much F2P, except the MOBAs

Yeah, Allods. It's not as bad as it used to be though, I played the English beta and towards the end they added in the lovely "fear of death" feature that decreased all of your stats on death, and it was cumulative. It wore off after a time or you could buy a cash shop item to clear it but the catch was the higher your level the longer it took to wear off so you were practically forced into spending real money when you died unless you enjoyed the idea of sitting in town for hours waiting for the debuff to wear off at higher levels.
I heard that was eventually replaced with equipment degradation for dying but I never felt like going back to try it again.
