if you have it installed via free item from steam you can remove it from your account(i hope you can manage cuz i don't know how to explain) and then activate the key from nuuvem and get the drops

i heard this game always will be free and will have all addons free. Devs wanted to make game which will be modified by users, live and change as users wants and it always has to be free :)

Well, I use a VPN service, called CyberGhost. Its free version is very functional, but I don't remember if you can select the country IP with it (I think it just assigns you an IP from whatever server is available). I'm using its full version now, because I got a code from a promotion some time ago and it's fantastic.
Actually, you should periodically check this forum. They regularly have a promotion for some VPN service for either 3, 6 or 12 months. Actually, they have one right now for 6 months for F-Secure Freedome for Windows, Mac, Android, iOS. I haven't used it, though, so can't say if it's any good.
If you want a browser-only VPN, then I've heard of Zenmate, but again, I haven't used it.

Zenmate my friend is more secure than hola,since hola shares your ip basically for the others... the ip's other users use might be yours basicaly if they use it the same time you are using it :)

that message never had any real meaning regarding region locks. that only means nuuvem is not supposed to sell the game outside of brazil. which just means you have to use VPN to buy.
according to reddit MGSV has no region lock on nuuvem (found a thread from 2 weeks ago where they said that).

When you can buy without VPN the key is always ROW, that's why I said that. I know that some keys bought with VPN are ROW too, but I was not sure in this case, so thanks for the heads up.

I'd love to know if XCom 2 is supposed to have some region-lock.. that Brazil price ain't bad but the usual site to check locks is down.. I know also that since it's months away this might not be clear yet. I'm mostly asking in case someone already bought it since it might already give a pre-order key.

I'm no longer able to purchase from nuuvem, not even with VPN. the payment cancels after I confirm the payment in the paypal pop up. They must get your location from your paypal account's address. anyone experienced the same?
