I believe there are regions for paypal as well, at least I know there is a region for US, another for UK, happened to me when i tried to cash in credit into PSN UK from paypal, that's when a notification appeared telling me my paypal was not from UK... then T_T.

Think that nuuveem is good for south american fellows as good as "Putingate" works for Russian guys :)

EDIT: I believe if you got a paypal account from a latin america country should work, or you can top up a virtual credit card ... i can't seem to remember the name....

It says it's region locked on the page, but then steamlocks says it's not. I checked elsewhere and there is a LATAM version, so I decided not to take the risk. Did you actually buy it, and if so did it work?

I do know Steam gifts region restrictions are as follow if you buy it from Brazil...

Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Bahamas, Belize, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Paraguay, Suriname, El Salvador, Uruguay and Venezuela.

Though i am not sure if Nuuvem really means Brazil only or if it follows the same as Steam Gift's.Though i guess in either case if you are buying it for yourself and you are in Brazil you for sure will not have any issue using the key.

You have to remember this is a key re-seller so the Publishers in this case dictate the regions they can be played in or are locked to and Steam has not control over that.Steam before the full on region locks left it up to the publisher to lock them but they always had the option to choose locks themselves.

You can contact Nuuvem but since they are part of South America i would assume they can be used as long as you reside in the SA region or wait for someone to officially confirm it.

They'll sell you a region locked game. If it gives you that message after you try to order, it's either paypal locked or you're not using a VPN.

So, there you go! ALWAYS check SteamDB, just in case there are changes on the games! (If there's a game classified as "BR" or something, DON'T buy it, chances are Nuuvem holds this version on sale)

to be honest i don't care if nuuvem says the game is locked; i care for what steamDB says. If there is no packaged with region lock how the hell would nuuvem sell region locked key?
it's quite interesting because some DLC are not region locked when the base game is region locked (looking at total war attila/rome 2).

They released a early list with a lot of discounts, but some more already appeared like the GTA games, they promised some fast deals too since in there, after the purchase, if you not discover the key, you still can get a refund, but, i think that already cheapiest :D

metro games have been completely region locked since launch.
