I already had SoM for a while now, paid about 6-7 bucks and that was considered really good price.. sigh, eventually it happens, it's a matter of patience -craving to play now- vs money you're willing to fork out...

One of them was a build-a-bundle ( like 20$ for 5 games or something) and the other one was a 6$ bta for 3 games.. so 5 / 3 = around 1.63$ each game.

i'm interested in Bioshock Infinite - Season Pass. i tryed with hola, i arrived to the point where i confirm with paypal and then go back to the nuuvem cart and there is a loading that get stuck in half and write i can't buy from my region, with Hola still on.

That's a paypal lock , something that , unless you have a brazilian PP Account with funds , you won't be able to bypass.

Most of the time it doesn't, it says "this payment account was already used to purchase this item", so maybe waitings solves it.

Not anymore. I live in Chile, never had issues with Nuuvem. With my main account bought for myself Shadow Of Mordor using PayPal. No issues. A couple of hours later decided to purchase it again as a gift for a friend, using one of my secondary accounts I use for gifts I bought the same game using PayPal. Never had issues this way until now. The purchase was rejected because "I already bought the same item" or something like that, even though I was logged in using a different account, and never before bought that game in my life until a few hours before (with my main account). So instead of cancelling that order and using the same account, I changed the paying method from PayPal to VISA/Mastercard, to pay with my credit card directly, and that worked.
I guess now they save the payment information to avoid people to buy more than copy per person using different accounts. This is new, and never happened to me before.

If you try to buy the same game with a secondary account, and that purchase is cancelled after using same PayPal account, if you have a credit card try again but instead change the paying method from PayPal to credit card. That worked for me (but I had to pay with my credit card).
