Just wondering about Anomaly Warzone Earth

Anomaly Warzone Earth doesn't seem to be in the list of games to give away, but Anomaly 2 is...Just wondering why. I've also looked and seen that you can still buy Warzone in the steam store..?

Free keys were given out so (like Metro 2033) it's been removed...maybe for a short time, maybe forever.
