Games with character customization

Hello Hello !

My question may seem strange, but do you have any games in mind where you can customize your character? (other than MMOs) I had Skyrim in mind, Dragon Dogma, Skyrim... but would you have others on your side?

I advise you to recover Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, released almost simultaneously with skyrim which completely overshadowed it

I would advise against that as it's HIGHLY crash prone to the point you have to reboot your pc.

Yes the new one. Many people, like myself, have had this issue. And since it was released by THQ Nordic, this issue will NEVER be resolved as they release and then drop support,

Check my review. Got a lot of people finding it helpful.

I should edit this and say that if you wan to get the ORIGINAL version, then I WILL say yes. I have the original version, minus the dlc's, and it never crashed. Not once. A more enjoyable experience on that version.

Impossible to get the old one outside of salty seas.

Did you found why the game crashed? I never had any problem like that. Load and quit was just fine.

No. And I tried all fixes I researched. Nothing worked. Would have refunded it but I got it from the HB store.

Mass Effect trilogy comes to mind
But basically, there actually is a Steam store tag for this, even though I have no idea how accurate it is.

Do you mean as in "customize appearance and dress up" way or a more "personality and behavior" kind of way?

If "both", then the Saints Row games let you customize your character to an absolutely ridiculous (and potentially frightening or hilarious) degree. You also have several options for you character's voice which all have distinct personalities. (Well, they're all still Saints Row Protagonist personalities, aka total sociopaths, but they're different flavours of sociopath. ^_^' )

If it's just about appearance, I've heard that CODE VEIN has very good character customization (as long as you don't mind making an anime character ^_^' ). I can't talk for it from personal experience, but I have played one of Bandai Namco's previous games with a similar style and there were a huge number of outfits and costumes to dress my character up with.
