scammer that can i do ?

First of all, delete his profile. Calling out on users is a ban reason, change it before a mod sees you.

You can't get your items/games back, but you can get him flagged as Scammer. Go to Steamrep with proof.

You should probably remove that profile link so you don't get yourself suspended for calling out.
You can report them to steam.

I think is not the first time i see that profile here. You better delete it but... be careful in the future. I mean, look that ID
