All keys are redeemable worldwide (looks like Atomicrops is a Tier 1 key), aside from Patch Quest ({sub/803071}) which cannot be activated in China.
Customers from China do not receive the game with their purchase (they receive only 8 games instead of 9), yet they pay the same price (￥72.71).
