Questions concerning Dota 2

i just crafted DOTA 2, which is a very lucky craft imo. I am wondering if i unpack the gift and accept it, will i own dota 2 even when it releases?

HMmmm good question.

My guess is that you wont own it when it comes out.And i believe Dota 2 beta will be on for another 6 months at least.

There is a chance Dota 2 to be free.

well if it is needed to purchase it first i don't see the price of it going over 20 euro even that would be too much for something that was free eralier ..

imo you own the shole game when you craft it, hence you own Dota 2 now (but thats me so...), gratz on craft very lucky

Dota 2 will come soon enough from beta ;] If u don't believe me then join dev forums. And it will not be free ;p Pay 2 Play so prolly 1/3 games for free(or time) and monthly fee because most people want it this way

No you don't. It will always be a beta gift, because it says "HARDWARE SURVEY" under the gift info.

OP read the notes: it is a BETA invite. Not the actual game... because that is not released yet.
