The game was removed from Steam. Some traders will have it for expensive prices on SteamTrades (which is the only place you are allowed to make offers for games) though I would recommend getting a physical copy for console if that is an option for you.

No matter what, you can't ask someone give you the game for free. Any sort of begging will get you a suspension.
