why is it annoying? Just so they boost there giving amount? Surely giving is about the unselfish act of giving to another individual with nothing gained by the gifter. Whether people gift using bundles or buying games on sale , does it really matter?

Yes, because when you use the features of the site, you automatically agree to the rules. One of the rules is not to separate bundle keys from entire bundles. Another is not to post bundle giveaways while a bundle is active. If you're not familiar with these, I advise you read this
