I sent the email, and closed my support ticket. I would guess that both the developer and the moderators are doing there best in this unfortunate incident.

That alert from steam scared me for a minute. Fortunately after a forum search I now know what happened.

Wouldn't it be easier to resend the keys to the winners instead of sending an email to the developer? By sending an email, it is harder to track which ones received their keys back and which ones don't. Did the developer think it's easier to receive email from 5000 people?

Well thanks to this revoking, SG tools has flagged my account with an unactivated win effectively locking me out of some GA's.

Way to go with that.

funny thing: if you try to activate the revoked key again, it says "used by another account". if you query the account, you receive a mail to your account...

I don't know if it's better to send an email or just wait until they find a more easy solution, I prefer to wait tho
