Well clearly you don't understand the reason for looking to see whether something has already been posted first, which this was probably a half a dozen times already. It was a nice thought but whether you realize it or not you are contributing to spam. On Reddit in the GameDeals subreddit, it is actively moderated and duplicate posts get removed for example. There is a reason for that. The idea is to keep it free of congestion. If people were simply allowed to do whatever they wanted with no restrictions or guidelines to follow, no matter how good their intentions may be, it would become a complete mess. Wanting to keep that in check is sensible in any place. JammyBoyJager's post below pretty much outlines it.
