What is your download speed?
At my grandmother's, according to the game currently downloading on Steam, it's 3 MB/s...which is part of why I download all my big files here while I'm visiting. The other reason is unlimited bandwidth. :P
At home, we have Exede, which is a satellite ISP and pretty much the only way we can get internet where we are. It's much, much better than Dish (which we used to have until a couple of months ago), partly because we get 150GB per month instead of a measly 5(!!!) and partly because it's way more reliable, but the latency is still massively painful for MMOs. Not sure what the actual download speed is, though--it's not bad, but not super zippy. Pause a YouTube video at the beginning for a few seconds and then press play, basically.

I'm on Wave and they are the same. They don't want us sharing on BT so they limit the upload speed so ridiculously low.

100Mb, its usual in Portugal, big cities and near, im 20 minutes apart from oporto and currently get 120~Mb usually you pay 25-30€ and get also cable TV and Home Phone :)
