What kind of loopholes? Simply regional price differences or something more? Aren't these never bundled games getting the asterix mostly because of 90% off or so sales on Steam combined with regional pricing?
Also with the huge differences in regional prices the old rule of thumb of 95% off anywhere in the world doesn't work imo. Just checked Crusader Kings III for example and the Argentinian price is less than 12% of the US price. That means that an 55% off sale on Steam would be enough to send the game to the bundle list which is quite ludicrous. On the other hand people from cheap regions can generate CV extremely easily which isn't ideal either.

Loophole = A 40p game (Bulletstorm) that gave 40p but were on different times reduced available for around 1 - 1.5 € on dif. grey and black market sites (i will not advertise them).
The game were in the sg database with 2 ID's. One was set to reduced and the other gave full cv.
Of course each one that made GA's picked the one that gave more cv.
If someone check the archives he will clearly see that some users used that possibility a lot ... = abused that loophole.
I don't know if it works like your example with CK 3 but i don't think so.
I assume it must be lower as the -95% in more as one region.

Just as a title of curiosity, most of the Doom franchise on Steam, Far Cry 4, Civilization VI (since Jun 2019) and some other games had -95% discount from US price on some regions, made a support ticket about this, but am still waiting, gonna paste the ticket to you on a past GA!

I've seen a few copies of The Stanley Parable pop up recently. Both people who put it up also put up Octodad as well, so I am assuming it is just leftovers from The Humble Freedom Bundle in 2017, but I just wanted to double check if I missed something.
