well, a ARP booster doesn't multiplies calendar ARP at the end of the month, but even using it on Sunday to multiply the Steam Quest ARP of 2 weeks, i wasn't able to claim a game each month, especially as the costs exploded the last months, but now are declining a little

It's not about the amount of GAs. It's about the games CURRENTLY being given away on SteamGifts. The title of this thread says "Where are those giveaways coming from?" and not "Where did those old giveaways come from?". Present, not past.

Again: if this thread was about asking for any game if there's a deal or bundle somehwere, no matter if and when it has been given away on SteamGifts, this thread would be spammed to hell.

Yes, it is BUT it shouldn't be for people that are too lazy to look by themself into barter (or a other site).
And in very much cases the lazy ones question here in the thread and each answer to such people motivate them to do the same thing next time, instead to change their behavior.
