Having gotten several copies for myself for GB purposes, I have a few spare copies of Anarcute. I'd be happy to pass it on to you if it's a game you want to play, I'd rather that than having it just sitting around. =)

So a while ago Steam changed the gifting system. So that you need to add to Friends first before giving the games. I didn't like that.
But I sent a Giveaway of it myself now because I noticed I can send it with email without friending.
Was that system reverted? Or was Minion Masters an exception? Likely something to do with the difference of Trading and Gifting.
