Where are those giveaways coming from?

Doesn't seem that it's been in a bundle, though the price hiked up from $6 to $20 about 2 weeks ago on January 29, 2020. Kind of a big price hike. I want to say that it's people who may have purchased it cheaper and now turning it around for a lot of CV, but it seems that the game is only sold through the Steam store. I think your best bet is to find out from the giveaway makers.
