always pause or unsub. why keep sub when they remove the benefit

I have been on pause for 3 months at least and I got nothing. I guess HB gave up on me

considering this month's content, not so worth it to me..

I used this coupon earlier. I didn't really want most of what choice had to offer but 2 games were enough interest for the 6 dollars to be worth it. Hope next month has something decent for the other 6.

I have cancelled my subscription a couple of months ago and got this offer. It looks like they have been trying to get me back with ofers every week.

Fine print: "This price is locked in for 2 months, and this offer will be void if your plan is canceled or skipped." So it seems if you pause, the discount won't roll over!

I also have this... Maybe i use it, it's just 6$. Note that offer ends on 31 May: Coupon expires May 31, 2022 at 9:59am PT.

I have been a member long ago for about 4 months and i canceled it. I didnt get an email but when i try to rejoin i have seen this deal.

Got this offer as well. Thinking is it really worth it to buy current bundle. Couple games interest me a bit, kinda have enough city builders as it is. Would like for them to rather increase bundle's quality. Still have time to think and decide. Might use it.
Also, don't want to support Origin key bundles.

I first got a $8 coupon, didn't bother with that.
And the they send me this $6 coupon which was tempting, and I almost relented, buuut if I do that I would also be re-billed for a full new period and with the decline in value of this gig in general...very much on the fence if I want to do that.
Since I already have the C&C remaster, only Planet Zoo and Surviving The Aftermath was of real interest.

I got the coupon and resumed my membership and they charged me $11.99 anyway???
I even double checked earlier today in settings and it said my next billing date would be today for $6.
Anyone else had this happen to them too?

EDIT: read the fineprint and says New Members only... still doesn't explain why it was showing as $6 for my next bill right after when I checked... this month is definitely not worth full price for me especially with an Origin game, will open a ticket for refund....

Has anyone received a response from HB support yet? I'm still waiting but might just open a paypal dispute if they won't bother answering for another day.

It's clockwork for me. If I cancel, they'll sent me a coupon on the 12th of the month. So I cancel every time and wait for my coupon :')

Got a reply from support. They offer a free month of Choice coupon for june. The discount value is the same, 1 month for free instead of $12 or two months for $6 each, total of $12. I'm in with this offer. Let's hope the choice will not be garbage.
