Just realized these are the SKINS and not the Dragon Keep heads that were released a while ago!
Been meaning to check up on he Loot Hunt Event ending rewards (what these are), but hadn't for a while since the site was always in "lying down" mode every time I did.

I entered them a while ago, but didn't see them (and yes, own the require DLC, I'm only lacking the latest round of DLC skins). Nothing tagged so I would know I just unlocked them. Strange.

I highly doubt these codes still work but afaik there's an option in the main menu called SHIFT where you enter the code.
